Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup mustard
    1/8 cup honey
    6 oz. Salmon filet


Mix the cilantro, onion, tomato and balsamic together in a bowl and set aside. Mix the honey and mustard together to taste.

Salt and pepper the Salmon filet and put on a hot grill (350) skin side down. Glaze with the honey mustard mixture. Cook for approximately 10 minutes with the lid closed on the grill. Take from the grill and plate, spoon tomato relish onto the salmon and serve.
