Good crock pot recipe for fall Good crock pot recipe for fall

Lean Ground Sirloin (10% Fat) 2lbs
    White Mushrooms sliced 1.5 pints
    Tomato, canned, diced, 2 cans
    Pumpkin, canned, 1 can
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
White Onion about 3/4 cup chopped
    1 Zuchini
    5 Yellow tomatos

You may add pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor. For thicker chili add another can of pumpkin. You may omit the yellow tomatos I added them because they were laying around. You can pretty much add any vegetables or more meat.

Brown the beef with the onion use desired seasoning (I used cayenne pepper and chili powder). I use medium heat and keep a lid on the pan. While this is going on put the two cans of diced tomatos into the crook pot with the can of pumpkin. Once the beef is done, drain all the liquid and put the beef onion mixture into the crook pot. I then added all the vegetables and stirred. I cooked on high in the crook pot for 3 hours. It is done as soon as the vegetables are tender.
