    1 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1/2 cup refried beans
    1/4 cup 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    2 Tbsp Newman's Own Bandito Salsa Mild


You can cut this quesadilla up once it is folded if you like. I eat it whole like a giant taco!


Heat a skillet or griddle to med heat, spray lightly with cooking oil spray.
Spread refried beans on half of the tortilla and sprinkle cheese on the other half.
Put tortilla on the heated surface, still open, and heat until cheese is melted and beans are warmed up. (About 5 minutes).
Carefully move tortilla to a plate, spread with salsa, and fold in half.
