    1C panko whole wheat crumbs
    2T hellmanns dijonaise
    1T olive oil.


love the panko gives you that deep fried feeling..


pre heat oven 350* place olive oil in roasting pan, dip chk. in dijon both side dredge in panko place in pan,cook for 30 mins till juices run clear.
