Ingredients

    Egg Noodles, enriched, 8 oz(remove)
    *crab, president's choice tinned chunk crab meat, 1/2 can=60g, 240 gram(s)(remove)
    *Margarine, soft, 6 tsp(remove)
    *Flour, white, .15 cup(remove)
    *lite cheddar, 6 oz grated(remove)
    *Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving), 2 serving(remove)
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 12 tbsp(remove)
    Milk, 3.25%, 1.5 cup(remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp(remove)

Directions

Heat margarine, add flour and chopped onion and whisk til golden. Add milk and whisk til thickened. Add cheese and whisk to incorporate. Add sour cream. Set aside. Drain crab and check for pieces of shell, etc. Set aside.
Cook pasta to desired doneness. I used broad egg noodles. While pasta is cooking, make sure sauce is hot, then add the lemon juice and crab. Drain pasta, and toss with crab sauce.
