Ingredients

    1 Granny Smith apple, washed and cored
    4-5 stalks celery, end and tips removed. Use leaves.
    2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    1/2 large Haas avocado
    1/2 bunch parsley (or cilantro)
    3-4 cups filtered water
    lime juice to taste
    1/4 tsp salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp cayenne (optional

Directions

1. Chop apple and vegetables into 1"pieces.
2. Put the water in the blender.
3. Add all ingredients.
4. Puree until smooth or desired texture.
5. Enjoy! Salud!
