A healthy twist on traditional meatloaf. A healthy twist on traditional meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 8


    2 lbs ground turkey
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Fat free milk
    1/2 c. Grated onion
    1 c. Reduced fat Ritz crackers, smashed
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Black pepper
    2 Tbsp oregano
    1/3 c. Ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Mustard
    2 Tbsp. Brown sugar


Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined completely.
Form into loaf and place in meatloaf baking pan.
In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Spread on top of meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Let sit for 10 mins before serving.
