    zucchini 3 cup sliced
    onion chopped 1 cup
    mushrooms fresh sliced 1 cup
    egg 3
    egg white fresh 2
    vegetable oil 1 tbsp
    Mayo light 1 tbsp
    buttermilk mix (pancake or waffle) dry 1 cup
    pamesan cheese grated 3/4 cup
    majoram dried, 1 tsp
    black pepper 1 tsp


Preheat oven 350
mix all ingredients in bowl
Pour into a greased casserle dish (8/11)
Bake for 30 minutes
