    Pork Tenderloin, ground, 250 grams
    Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    Green Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, red, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Oregano, dried, 1 tsp
    Basil, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Gnocci di patate, 400 gram pack
    Cooking spray


Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and put on a medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cook for 2 mins then add the peppers and cook for another 2 mins. Add the ground pork and cook until just browned(about 5 mins)stirring to prevent burning. Add the tomatoes, herbs, paprika and black pepper and cook gently for 10 minutes. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add the gnocci. Bring back to the boil and cook gently for 2 minutes until the gnocci begins to float to the top. It should be soft but retain it's shape. Serve with the meat sauce poured over and a side salad.
Use gound turkey if you prefer.
