Number of Servings: 12


    1 Cup Flour (all purpose)

    1 Tbsp Baking Powder

    1/2 tsp Baking Soda

    1/8 tsp Salt

    1 Cup Mashed Banana

    1/4 Cup Sugar

    1 Large Egg

    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1/4 Cup Applesauce

    1/2 Cup chopped walnuts (optional)


each muffin is only 80 calories each! 3 will fill you up, so I love it. Enjoy ladies and Gents


Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, bakings soda, and salt.

In a seperate bowl combine banan, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and applesauce.

Combine both mixtures and blend well.

Scoop batter into greased muffin/cupcake cups and bake for 15-20 minutes. Use toothpick to make sure muffins are complete. Let cool before serving.
