    Chicken Breast Tenderlons, 4 oz

    *Flour, white, 1 cup

    *Breadcrumbs, 1 cup

    *Corn Oil, 1 cup

    2 extra large eggs

    Dried Onions if desired.


You can add dry onions to the breadcrumbs if you wish


Beat eggs into a bowl

Put Flour and breadcrumbs in bowls. Cover chicken in the flour, then drag chicken into egg mxture then cover with breadcrumbs. In large frying pan put 1 cup oil, then place chicken in the hot oil. Cook on each side for five minutes.
