    semi sweet chocolate
    organic cane sugar
    spelt flour
    natural peanut butter


Line 8" square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2" overhang. Heat oven to 350. Melt butter and chcolate (micorwave at 50%, sitrring every 30 seconds until smooth). Add eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just blended. Spread batter in pan. Drop dollops of peanut butter on batter. With a butter knife, swirl peanut butter thru batter.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool about 20 minutes and remove from pan by lifting parchement. Cut into 16 squares
