    4 c Best Choice potatoes o'brien with onions/peppers,
    1/2 c Onions, raw, chopped
    1/2 c Carrots, raw, chopped
    1/2 c Spinach, frozen,
    3/4 c Broccoli, frozen,
    1 4 oz can Mushrooms
    2 cup Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), diced
    2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    1/2 Tbsp Dill weed, dried
    7/2 Tbsp Pepper, black
    2 Egg, medium
    1 3/4 c Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),
    1/3 c MIx n drink skim milk powder
    2/3 c Water


After cutting it, I changed the serving sizes. I got 16 3" x 3" squares.


1. preheat oven to 350.
2. mix hash browns, ham, onions, carrots, spinach, broccoli and mushrooms.
3. Using 2 7" x 10" pyrex dishes, Put 1/4 mixture in bottom of each pan, top with 1/2 cup cheese (in each pan), then add 1/4 meat/vegetable/potato mixture
4. Mix eggs, egg substitute and milk together
5. Pour 1/2 egg mixture on top of each dish.
6. Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered with foil, 15 minutes uncovered or until brown.

Serving Size: makes 12 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" pieces
