    Pork Tenderloin, 32 oz (2 lbs)
    *Great Value Medium Salsa, 6 tbsp (3/4 cup)
    Honey, 0.5 cup
    *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 0.25 cup
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves (minced)


Place pork in slow cooker (5 quart).
Mix salsa, honey, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic. Pour over pork.
Place lid on slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours OR high for 3-4 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into pork reads 160f.
Carefully remove lid to allow steam to escape.

Serve over hot rice and sprinkle with chopped cashews if wanted.
