Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 can Rotel spicy tomatoes and chilies
    1 medium onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1 bell pepper (green)
    1 can kidney beans
    chili powder to taste (recipe includes 3 tbsp)

Tips

Add water if needed.


Directions

Brown meat, drain, put in crockpot
Add other ingredients and cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 6 hours.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
