    Light cream cheese, 224 grams
    Sour cream, light, 453 grams
    Buttermilk, 1% lowfat, 14 oz

Mix the first three ingredients, then mix with the buttermilk.

Refrigerate after mixing. The flavor strengthens over time. I tried adding some garlic once for flavor, but it killed the bacteria.
