    2 C Cornmeal, yellow
    1/4 C Mesa
    1 Pkg Yeast
    1/4 C Olive Oil
    1/2 C Milk 2%
    1 ea Egg
    1 C Hot Water
    1 ea Can of mild diced Jalapenos
    1/2 C Mozzarella, Shredded


Heat water and dissolve yeast. Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, egg, milk and yeast. Stir together. Add jalapenos and cheese. Place in baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Chili.
