Introduction

A pizza with a less than traditional crust that tastes yummy and incorporates a great veg. A pizza with a less than traditional crust that tastes yummy and incorporates a great veg.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 medium head cauliflower (riced)
    2 eggs
    1 cup pizza blend cheese
    Garlic Powder (to taste)

    Toppings"
    1/4 c pizza sauce
    1 cups pizza blend cheese
    Turkey pepperoni (approximately 17 slices)

    (Grease the pan with a light cooking spray)

Tips

Since the crust is cooking without the pizza, you may want to pre-cook the pepperoni in the microwave for a minute prior to placing on the pizza.


Directions

Rice or finely chop the cauliflower. Beat egg, add the cauliflower, and shredded cheese. Mix, then press into a greased pizza pan then sprinkle with garlic. Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes. If you double the recipe cook 15 to 20 minutes.

Add sauce, pepperoni, cheese and garlic. Bake until brown and cheese is bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pieces of pizza
