    1/2 cup Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa
    1/2 cup toasted Buckwheat
    1/2 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.25 cup, hulled, toasted

Directions

combine grains in medium pot, add 2.5cups water and cook like rice pilaf

good alternative to regular rice pilaf
