Ingredients

Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 12 oz (remove)
Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 16 oz (remove)
Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup (remove)
*1 cup onion chopped, .33 serving (remove)
Lime Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
*Iceberg Lettuce Chopped, 7 cup (remove)
Directions
cook or roast corn as instructed to yield 1-1/2 cups and drain. In the meantime, cup up 12 oz. crab meat, slice 1 pint of grape tomatoes in halves, chop onion to yield 1/3 cup, then toss all the ingredients together, salt and pepper to taste, and serve on your choice of lettuce. I topped it with lite Ranch dressing and served it with a foccacia breadstick. YUM!
