Ingredients

    6 strips of bacon

    2 tablespoons butter

    3 chicken breasts cubed

    1 dry ranch dressing packet

    1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

    1 tablespoon garlic powder

    2 tsp hot sauce

    1 tsp kosher salt

    1/2 cups half and half

    1 cupsshredded swiss cheese

    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

    2 oz cream cheese

    4 cups steamed cauliflower (mashed)

    1/4 cup green onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Put pasta on to boil. Pull out 9 by 13 pan.

Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside, leave fat in pan.

Add butter and cubed chicken breast to hot pan.

While cooking add salt, garlic powder and black pepper.

When chicken is golden brown remove from heat add ranch packet, cauliflower,and cream cheese.

Add shredded cheeses, bacon, hot sauce, green onions, and the half and half to the chicken . Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes.








Serving Size: 8 two cup serving or 4 normal people servings
