Ingredients

    2 cup dry red beans
    8 cups water
    1 lb (10) turkey hot dogs
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp marjoran
    1 bay leaf
    1 lg can (28 oz)
    2 cup uncooked rice
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped green peppers

Tips

you can also use hot italian sausage in place of the hot dogs.


Directions

put all the ingredients in the slow cooker
cook on high 4 hours or low for 8 hours
