The cottage cheese not only gives this protein, but a nice, smooth and creamy taste. The cottage cheese not only gives this protein, but a nice, smooth and creamy taste.

Add another 1/4 cup oatmeal if you can afford the carb room

put everything into a bowl and mix well
add some water, may take trial and error to find your prefered oatmeal thickness

  • Thanks for a creative recipe! I had never tried cottage cheese and oatmeal in one bowl. It was great to get my pumpkin fix and a bunch of protein all at once. I put some brown sugar on top. - 12/9/12

  • This was good, I think it would have been better for me if I added brown sugar like it said, but did not have that so used agave. I am also a picky eater and do not care for cottage cheese, but it was good and I will make it again. - 10/24/12

Thanks for the rating! I find that unless you're a big fan of the genuine pumpkin taste it needs a little sweetness added. Most like their fall sweets with a pumpkin hint to them, rather than the full flavor. I personally add 2 packets of the splenda packets normally for coffee.
