    Lasagna noodles (approx 9 noodles)
    Gianelli Turkey Sausage mild, 6 links
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup
    Spinach, fresh, chopped 2 cup
    Prepared Pasta sauce, 1 24 oz jar
    1tpsp oregano
    1/2 tbsp basil


Preheat the oven to 350
Prepare lasagna noodles according to directions on the box
While noodles are cooking, remove casings from turkey sausage and fry until cooked through

in a large bowl combine, 3/4 of the bag of mozzarella, the container of ricotta, chopped spinach, jar of pasta sauce, oregano, basil, and cooked turkey sausage

drain pasta

spray with cooking spray the bottom of a casserole dish or lasagna pan
place 3 strips of the lasagna on the bottom of the pan so that the entire bottom of the pan is covered by noodles
spread 1/3 of the sausage/cheese mixture to the noodles
Layer three noodles on top of sausage cheese mixture, and place another 1/3 of the mixture on the noodles,
repeat one more time
sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on the top of the lasagna
Loosely cover the lasagna with foil
Cook for 45 minutes, remove foil and cook an additional 10-15 minutes
