Number of Servings: 8

1 16 oz. jar Nanita's Finest Green Chile Sauce - Medium
    12 oz. Beef Sirloin Steak
10 Great Value White Corn Tortillas
100 grams Kroger Authentic Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
    1 Cup Frozen Chopped Onions
6 Packets Wyler's sodium free Beef Bouillon
6-8 Servings of Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning
    6 Cups Water

This is great to freeze in individual servings! I top each serving with fresh Pico de Gallo, shredded lettuce, a bit more cheese and pop in the microwave to heat.

Add sirloin, beef bouillon, water, and taco seasoning to Slow Cooker. Cook on High for about an hour, then turn to low for about 5 hours or until the beef is cooked and can be shredded.

In medium bowl, mix beef with onions and 1/4 jar of green chile sauce.

Spray a casserole dish with Cooking Spray. Coat bottom of pan with thin layer of green chile sauce. Cover with layer of tortillas. Spread 1/2 beef mixture over tortillas just to cover, then top with another thin layer of green chile and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat this for another layer.

Top second layer with tortillas to cover. top with remaining green chile sauce and cheese. Cover and bake for about an hour or until heated through and cheese is golden and bubbly.
