Ingredients

Combine the lentils, brown rice, barley, wild rice, seasoning salt, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb in 4 1/4 cups water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 45 minutes.

When done, add Oatmeal, Couscous, Grated Carrots, Grated Zuccinni, and Grated Squash (Water squeezed out with paper towel or towel), Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb (They didn't list this one) and Grated/finely chopped Onion. Mix well.

Mixture will be and should be sticky. Add a little more oatmeal if it won't hold together. You can also add a bit of flour and dust hands with flour. (I ran out of oatmeal and added little flour and had a good result.)

Make into patties. (Makes about 14) Lay patties on baking tray lined with parchment and divide layers of patties with parchment. Place in freezer until hard. (I wait overnight.) Remove from freezer. Pop off the tray and place in gallon freezer bag for storage. Remove as needed.

Tips

I don't use any sauces. It's good without.

Directions

Cook in 1 tsp of oil for approximately 10 minutes on each side over medium heat or until desired crispiness.
