Quick and easy turkey lettuce wraps Quick and easy turkey lettuce wraps
Number of Servings: 4

1 Package - ground turkey (about a lb)
4 tbsp - Ken's Steak House, Teriyaki Marinade
    1 Package - frozen peas
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 tbsp butter (unsalted)
dash of salt and pepper (to taste)
    Head of iceberg lettuce

You can use soy sauce to make this lower carb - I just didn't have any handy.

Add in Teriyaki sauce in stages, making sure to taste as you add. You may need less or more than I have here.

First, peel and mince garlic gloves. Cut off stump of the head of lettuce and peel away the lettuce leaves you will use as wraps.

Cook ground turkey in a skillet on med-high heat with minced garlic until cooked through. Turn heat down to medium and add in Teriyaki sauce and butter.

Cook frozen peas according to package. Once cooked combine with meat mixture when the butter has melted down. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When mixture is heated through, scoop about 3-4 tbsp of mixture into a lettuce leaf, wrap, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes a giant bowl that can be split into 4 servings

Number of Servings: 4
