This shake has a wonderful taste with the fresh papaya. This shake has a wonderful taste with the fresh papaya.
Number of Servings: 1


    Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix (2 rounded scoops)Papayas fresh-frozen, .1 oz, cubes
    Banana -frozen 1/2 medium
    Light Original Organic Soy Milk, 1 cup
    (I prefer Silk Almond Milk Unsweetened- It's only 30 calories per cup. But I only had Soy Milk on hand for this recipe.)


Make sure to freeze your fruit. This way you don't need to add ice.


Cut up fruit and measure milk. Place in blender and blend until all fruit has been mixed in.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Vi-Shake
