    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed(remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup(remove)
    Cream Cheese, 6 oz(remove)
    Sour Cream, 1 cup(remove)
    1 cup onions chopped
    *Peppers, red, green and yellow, 3 cup, sliced(remove)
    *Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix (McCormick) (1 serv = 2tsp), 1 serving(remove)
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup(remove)

    Onion powder, salt, pepper to taste.


You could serve on top of cauliflower rice.


Brown sliced chicken breasts in skillet. Add chicken taco seasoning with 1/2 cup water. Move to casserole dish and place on bottom.

Mix sour cream and cream cheese (I add onion powder and salt and pepper to it) and place over chicken.

Cook the sweet peppers and onion until tender and layer them on the casserole. Then add 2 cans whole green chili's. Cover all with 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese and cook for 30 minutes on 375.
