Kirkland Roast Beef [canned], 8 oz
Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 cups
House Foods Tofu Shirataki [fettucine style], 2 pkg
    Mrs. Dash Original, 2 tbsp

Drain and rinse shirataki noodles for 1 minute. Cut into 3-4" pieces. Bring 2 quarts of water and Mrs Dash to a boil. Add noodles. Boil shirataki noodles to desired texture. I like mine a little less chewy, so I boil them for over an hour. Some people microwave for one minute. Up to you. When done, strain noodles, but don't rinse.

Warm canned roast beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add drained noodles and cook over medium heat until juice is nearly gone [about 30 minutes]. Add sour cream and warm through. If it's still juicy, cook over medium heat until desired thickness. Makes 4-6 servings. Shirataki is very filling.
