Ingredients

    1 Giant Portabello Mushroom
    1/3 Cup Marinara Sauce
    1 Slice Onion (1/4" thick) Chopped
    1 Slice Turkey Bacon (crumbled)
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 oz Mozerella Cheese

Directions

Wash giant portabella mushroom and scoop out underside around stem and break off stem to make flat surface. It should look like a mini pizza crust. Brush cap of mushroom with olive oil. Pour marinara sauce into portabella pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese, onion, and bacon on top. Bake in oven/toaster oven for 15 mins at 400 degrees.
