Ingredients

whole haddock fish
onions
potatoes
salt
pepper
sage
margarine

Tips
I try not to over bake the fish because it dries the fish out.I also use the water left in the pan as a gravy .
Directions
1 whole haddock (head and guts removed)
stuff with potatoe stuffing(Peel 3-4 small potatoes and cook,then mash the potatoes,add 2 slices of onions choped,add 1 tsp.sage,salt.pepper,and a little essence and a tsp. margarine and mix altogether and stuff in belly of fish.)
then sprinkle salt ,pepper,essence ,onion powder over entire fish.
then sprinkle bacon bites and a little flour over fish and place slices of onion on the fish.
then add about a cup of water in bottom of pan and bake at 350 F for about an hour
Serve with mashed potatoes,broccoli or any other vegetable
