    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Salt and pepper
    Ricotta cheese, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Oregano, 1/2 tsp
    Dehydrated onion flakes (2 tsp)
    *Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Julienne Cut Tomatoes, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded (remove)


Cube chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, toss into bottom of square baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, basil, oregano, sundried tomatoes (minced up finely), onion flakes, and garlic (crushed). Mix until well blended.

Toss in 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped. Mix to coat. Cover chicken with spinach and cheese mixture, top with shredded mozzarella.

Bake @ 375 for 30 mins until chicken tests "done" at min 165 degrees.
