Ingredients

8oz High Fiber Fettuccine Pasta (I like Fiber wise)
2 cups cleaned medium fresh shrimp
1 8oz package of Kraft Fat Free Cream Cheese
8oz College Inn Light and Fat Free Chicken Broth
5oz fresh Spinach, chopped
1/4 cup of Romano cheese, grated
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 medium red pepper chopped
2 dashes of salt
2 dashes of pepper
5 mushrooms, sliced
2 dashes crushed red pepper
Directions
Cook Fettuccine as directed on package...
In large skillet heat cream cheese and chicken broth on medium to high heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended well.
Add Romano cheese, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and crushed pepper. Continue cooking over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add spinach and stir well. Continue cooking for 2 minutes and then add shrimp. Turn burner to low and cover for 3 to 4 minutes until shrimp are heated through. Drain pasta and place in large bowl. Stir in sauce mixture and serve. Makes 6 servings.
