    8 whole grain flour tortillas
    1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
    1 can rotel tomatos drained
    16 oz fat free sour cream
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    garlic powder
    onion powser
    salt and pepper


mix sour cream and soup in a pot with parsely, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. heat through while stirring. Meanwhile place chicken and tomatos in a skillet and warm. add approx. 1/4 cup chicken mixture to each tortilla. top with a pinch of cheese (reseve at least 1/2 cup for topping). wrap and place in 13x9 baking dish. cover with sour cream and soup mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
