Ingredients

    1 FlatOut Multi-grain with Flax Flatbread
    1/3 square Land O Lakes Saute Express
    1/4 cup Kroger shredded pizza cheese
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms canned
    1/8 cup thinly sliced red onion

Tips

Would be great for lunch or light dinner with a small salad on the side.


Directions

Melt L'OL square in small bowl in microwave. Brush lightly both sides of flatbread. Add cheese then mushrooms and onion.

Cook on oven rack in pre-heated 425 degree oven to starts to brown on top and around edges. Approx 5 - 7 minutes.
