    5 egg whites
    3.5 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped
    3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c ground walnuts (or other nut)
    1/2 c granulated sugar substitute
    8 oz Fage yogurt 0%
    2 eggs beaten
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1-2 c berries


Preheat oven 350 degrees
spray pan with non stick spray
beat egg whites on high until stiff, glossy peaks form
microwave chocolate in microwave-safe bowl on high for 1-2 minutes stir until smooth,
scrape into mixing bowl, stir in cocoa, nuts, sugar substitution, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, with spatula fold into egg whites
spoon into pan, smooth out, Bake for 35 min.
loosen edges of pan and remove cake .. cake will deflate. put berries on and serve.
