Delicious Low carb dessert. Delicious Low carb dessert.
Number of Servings: 6


    10 whole large rasberries
    1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream
    3 oz cream cheese
    small pkg of sugar free jello (choice of flavor)
    4 tsp splenda dissolved in some water.


Prepare jello as directed on pkg and place in refridgerator to firm up for 1 hour.
1. Whip heavy cream until stiff
2. soften cream cheese in microwave for 40 seconds then blend in with whipping cream
3. Add the dissolved splenda.
4. Add the jello to the whipped cream
5. wash and cut rasberries in half and fold into the fluff.

Serving Size: Makes 6 one half cup servings
