Introduction

Ingredients

    chicken, butternut squash, onion, garlic, paprika, cayenne, curry, salt, garlic powder, lite coconut milk, golden raisens

Tips

add more or less cayenne to taste


Directions

1. Cut butternut squash in half and bake on cookie sheet at 450 for 1 hour. 2. Last 15 min squash is cooking, start to saute the garlic and onions. Add cut up chunks of chicken when onions begin to caramelize and cook on medium heat. 3. Take out butternut squash and let it cool while chicken cooks. You may cover dish with chicken to help it cook faster. 4. When chicken is no longer pink, add lite coconut milk, seasonings and chunks of butternut squash. 5. Simmer 15-30 minutes until sauce thickens. 6. Eat alone of serve over rice of choice.
