    3 chicken breasts
    2T canola oil
    3 T garlic
    1 T freshly grated ginger
    3 C fresh broccoli
    1/4 C onion, coarsely chopped
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can baby corn
    3/4 C House of Tsang Classic Stir Fry Sauce
    soy sauce (to taste)


If you're worried about sodium, use lower sodium versions of the soy sauce and stir-fry sauce, or reduce the amount you use.


Cook chicken in wok on medium-high heat in oil, with garlic and ginger, until done. Add soy sauce to taste. Chop vegetables, add to wok. Stir and steam until just crisp-tender. Add stir fry sauce. Serve alone or with brown rice.
