Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Cans Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles (including can juices)
    4 Cans Chili Beans (including can juices)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp Tabasco
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 lb ground beef, 93% lean
    1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean

Directions

In crockpot or Dutch oven, warm Rotel, chili beans, tomato soup and tabasco. In skillet, brown turkey, onion, and ground beef. Drain fat and stir in chili powder. Sir meat mixture into crockpot mixture. Add water to reach desired consistency. Heat over medium heat at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
