    Sweet potatoes
    Minced Garlic
    Fat free half & half
    Bell peppers
    Chicken broth
    Sweet Onion


Salt and pepper as desired. Top with Fage 0% greek yogurt and mozzarella cheese.


Boil sweet potatoes, carrots, peppers and onions. Drain. Add chicken broth and garlic to pan and bring to medium heat. Place cooked sweet potatoes and carrtos into food processor until the consistency you desire. Transfer to pan of broth. Slowly stir in fat free half and half.
