    1 bag of shrimp 100 - 150 count (12oz)
    2 cups bell pepper strips
    1 medium red onion sliced and halved
    12 cloves of garlic chopped
    2 tbsp fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp cumin
    4 tbsp salsa verde


put in your favorite tortilla, top with your favorite condiments.


heat pan spray with cooking spray. add garlic, peppers, and onion. sprinkle with salt. add shrimp when vegetables are slightly limp. sprinkle cumin, parsley, and salsa verde in pan. heat and serve.
