Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef, 93% Lean
1 Lg Egg
About 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, seasoned
Seasoning to taste - salt, pepper, onion
Directions
Combine Beef, Egg and seasoning in bowl. Add bread crumbs to bind. Roll into appx. 2" meatballs. Spray bottom of rectangular pan with cooking spray. Place meatballs in pan, bake @350 for 45-50 minutes or until desired temperature.
