    CHicken, noodles, canned tomatoes, cheese


Spray large skillet and brown ground beef with onion. Add tomatoes, oregano, sugar and salt and stir to combine. Pour into freezer container, allow to cool and freeze.

On cooking day: Thaw chicken sauce in fridge overnight. Cook noodles according to directions. Also will need 2 cups of mozzerlla cheese. Place noodles in baking dish, pour thawed sauce over top and bake, uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until cheese melts.
