    1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 26 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
    6 to 8 ounces of chicken broth
    2 cups of carrots or baby carrots
    1 cup celery
    1 cup peas
    1 cup onion
    2 1/4 cup of bisquick
    2/3 cup of nonfat milk


If you prefer a crunchier biscuit on top transfer the stew to a baking pan and prepare the bisquick like you were making biscuits. Roll ontop of the stew and bake for the recommended time which I believe is 10 minutes. Then cut into pieces and serve. Delicious either way


combine chicken, soup, broth, carrots, celery and onions in crockpot on high. Cube the chicken if desired while it is raw or shred after it is cooked. 30 minutes before making the dumplings add the peas.
Make the dumplings by using the bisquick and the milk. Drop spoonfuls ontop of the stew when its boiling. Continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes. Scoop to serve!
