    6 oz. ground beef
    1/4 onions, raw
    1 large potato
    1 C tomato sauce
    1 t olive oil
    Flour tortilla, burrito size
    1/2 C black beans
    1/2 C Pinto beans, canned

    These are just estimated amounts as my husband made this recipe. I just enjoyed the after product.


Brown your chopped onion in olive oil, fry your chopped potatos in pan sprayed with pam. Combine onion and potatos. Proceed to cook your ground beef. Add tomato sauce and spices. In a separate pan mash black beans and pinto beans together and warm up. Warm tortilla over flame and then add a layer of beans and a scoop of beef mixture. Roll up and cut in half.
