This are quite quick and easy to make, and you can add whatever seasoning you want! This are quite quick and easy to make, and you can add whatever seasoning you want!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup TVP
    40 grams gluten
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (make sure it's vegan)
Seasonings to taste (I used Black Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Curry, and Oregano)
    1/2 Sweet Onion, Chopped
    1 Green Pepper (small), Chopped
    1 Red Pepper (small), Chopped
    1/2 Tomato (small), Sliced
    2 big cucumber slices, Chopped
    1/4 Crumbled Feta Cheese
    12 Lettuce Leafs (clean!)
3 oz Greek Yogurt (or to taste)

Directions

First, mix the TVP, the gluten, the Worcestershire Sauce and the seasonings, and add some water to re-hydrate the TVP.
Then, stir-fry (I do this without oil in a non-stick pan) the sweet onion and the bell peppers until done, then, add the tvp mix and cook for ten or fifteen minutes.
Once everything is chopped and ready, you start making the little rolls like this: Extend a leaf, pour over a teaspoon of greek yogurt, a good portion of the tvp mix, one tomato slice, a bit of cucumber and a bit of feta too, roll it, and do your best to keep the bastard rolled until you eat it!
