Number of Servings: 8


    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 cup small red beans
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 large leek
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp NoSalt (Sodium-Free Potassium Salt)
    1 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 handful fresh herbs from the garden (to taste)
    1 chicken breast
    12 cups water - no bouillon or stock

    (add water as it is boiling down)


For creamier look, take about 2 cups of the vegetable mix and blend.

Optional: serve with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese


brown the onion and the leek (chopped)
Add the spices
When caramelized (browned) add 12 oz of water
Add the small red beans
Add a handful of fresh herbs from the garden
(personal taste) - no bouillon or stock
Bring to a light boil for about an hour or till the chicken falls apart.

Serving Size: 8 servings of about 1-1/2 cups (12 oz)
