Ingredients

    4 Asian Pears
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/4 tablespoon ginger
    1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
    extra cinnamon for dusting

Tips

The pears will store in the fridge for a few hours, but any longer than that and the pears will brown.


Directions

1. Cut pears in half and scoop out seeds.
2. Mix honey and ricotta cheese
3. Add ginger and cinnamon to the cheese mixture.
4. Pile mixture on pear halves.
